Processing Time
Before we ship, we need a little time to carefully pack your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If there's a delay (for example, due to a surge in orders for a popular item), we will notify you via email—we don’t like making you wait!

Orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping: After payment is received, product customization will take 7 calendar days, and the package will arrive within 7–14 calendar days after shipping.
Express Shipping: If you prefer faster delivery, select Express Shipping, and your package will arrive within 7 calendar days after shipping.
International Orders (Outside the United States):
Standard Shipping: After shipping, it typically takes 7–14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Express Shipping: If you'd like to receive your order sooner, choose Express Shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Please note, customs checks or local postal delays may sometimes affect shipping times, which are beyond our control. However, if your package is delayed, we will assist you in tracking it down.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We also occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to keep an eye out!
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Simply enter the tracking number on the carrier's website, and you’ll be able to track your package every step of the way.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the address.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by zhongyuelaw. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Refund/ Return Policy
Return period: For goods purchased from zhongyuelaw, you have a 14 day no reason return period, calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product has quality problems, you can contact us by email:

Return conditions:
- Keep the original appearance of the product, without washing, wearing, or damaging it, and it will not affect secondary sales.
- Please attach the complete original packaging, accessories, product labels, invoices, and other items when returning the product.
- If there are quality problems with the product, please provide clear photo or video evidence.
- Custom-made garments(e.g., embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Final Sale/Discounted Items: All orders purchased during promotional periods or with significant discounts are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Jewelry & Accessories: For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry, accessories, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
Return process:
- Within the specified return period, submit a return application via email or online customer service, indicating the order number, reason for return, and other information.
- After the customer service staff approves the review, the return address and return instructions will be provided.
- Return the product according to the guidelines. It is recommended to use a recorded mailing method to track the logistics information.
- After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will refund the corresponding amount according to your payment method. The refund cycle is usually 5-7 working days.
