Return period: For goods purchased from zhongyuelaw, you have a 14 day no reason return period, calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product has quality problems, you can contact us by email:

Return conditions:
- Keep the original appearance of the product, without washing, wearing, or damaging it, and it will not affect secondary sales.
- Please attach the complete original packaging, accessories, product labels, invoices, and other items when returning the product.

- Custom-made garments(e.g., embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
Return process:
- Within the specified return period, submit a return application via email or online customer service, indicating the order number, reason for return, and other information.
- After the customer service staff approves the review, the return address and return instructions will be provided.
- Return the product according to the guidelines. It is recommended to use a recorded mailing method to track the logistics information.
- After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will refund the corresponding amount according to your payment method. The refund cycle is usually 5-7 working days.
